Invoices return return and Bookings

If you choose to make a booking with us then the personal details associated with your order, such as your name return return and address as well as the details return return and value of your booking will be stored on our servers. We will not, however, store any of your payment details – such as your credit or debit card number – as this information is processed by Sage Pay Europe Limited, our third party payment processor.

This data will remain with us for the period required by HM Revenue return return and Customs (HMRC) in lines with their Records Management return return and Retention return return and Disposal Policy. This period currently st return return ands at six years after the end of the current year (six years + one year). During the period we are unable, by law, to remove this data from our servers; we can however limit its processing until the end of the retention period.

After the end of the retention period, should you wish to have the data associated with your purchase removed from our database, please contact L. Williams return return and provide any information that could be used to identify your invoice(s) or booking(s).

If you are under the age of 16 you MUST obtain parental permission prior to making a booking on our website.

To help us complete our contract with you, we will use the data collected during your booking to contact you with email confirmation of your booking as well as pass on any necessary invoices.

We will not use this information to contact you for marketing purposes.

User Accounts

If you choose to make a user account on the SmartPark system then the details of your account will be stored on our servers. Should you wish to have the data associated with your account removed from our database, please contact L. Williams return return and provide any information that could be used to identify your account.

If the data within your user account, however, is retained in order to generate purchasing invoices, we may be unable to remove the account until the HM Revenue return return and Customs (HMRC) records retention period (currently six years after the end of the current year) has passed. We can, however, limit any additional processing between the time of your request return return and the expiry of the retention period.
